  • What Happen if I am not at home and missed the delivery ?

    If nobody at home when the cake has arrival, the cake will back to the shop and you will need to rearrange the delivery date along with the re-delivery fee or if we are unable to redelivery you will have to do the collection.

  • Can we delivery to the hotel or restaurant?

    We can if the address is within our delivery area. Please kindly check and confirm with the receptionist in the hotel or the restaurant if they will keep and store the cake for you in the fridge . Please note our delivery service is 9am to 6pm (no specifice time Slot).


  • Can we leave it to your concierge?

    We can leave it to them if you confirm with them with the date, name and flat number. And make sure they will either keep it in their fridge or put it in your fridge at your property. 

    Please double check and get the authorisation as most of them don't allow food to be leave.

  • How far do we delivery to?

    We delivery to most of the area in London, please check out our delivery area map.

  • What time will my cakes arrive?

    Our delivery is from 9am – 6pm (no specific time slot ), you can contact us the day before delivery and we will try our best to give you an estimate time, however all delivery times are estimate only.
